From city to mountaintop and down to the sea, on this full-day excursion, we'll hike along the historic Caoling Trail, the only remaining section of a route built in the Qing Dynasty that once served as a sole land link between Tamsui and Yilan. The moderate 10km hike begins in Fulong Beach and ends at Dali, offering along the way panoramic views of Taiwan's northern coastal mountains and the ocean beyond. Expect excellent photo opportunities of one of Taiwan's most unique offshore islands, Guishandao, or Turtle Island, which in addition to resembling a massive turtle also boasts an underwater hot spring known for attracting a plethora of the ocean's top predators.

Cancellation Policy
We will do our best to accommodate individual travelers by placing them on tours with other guests. In the event an individual traveler cannot be so accommodated, guests will be offered an alternative tour of equal value or a full refund.
Cancellations are permitted up until 48 hours before departure with a full refund.
Cancellations made 48-24 hours before departure will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable.

“Best decision I made in my taipei trip” I went for a week holiday in taipei and decided to book a private tour with MyTaiwanTour for the first 2 days. I met Tai at the airport and he took us to various places for the 2 days. Tai was one of the best tour guides I ever had - very patient with us and not watching the clock or bringing us to tourist traps to buy stuff. I also went to Hualien and Taichung and believe me the guides there are nowhere near the quality of Tai (I will NEVER hire a private taxi guide in taipei again after being ripped off at Taichung and it was not cheaper either after "additional costs").
