Please understand that Taroko Gorge has been damaged by a severe earthquake, and the park will be closed for six months. However, we will replace the other attractions in Hualien to ensure you have the best memories in Taiwan.

ITINERARY
Day 1 / Taipei - Hualien
Head down the picturesque east coast of Taiwan, stopping at beautiful beaches and exploring laid-back Hualien. Go back in time to a 1943 former military site, now a cultural center offering historical exhibits and events.
Day 2 / Hualien & East Coast
Explore the East Coast's unique topography and local people. We will drive along the seaside road to visit various coastal landscapes and end up with the natural sea caves used for religious worship, also stop by to meet indigenous members who will teach you how to brew Amai-style wine. Then indulge in a Michelin-quality meal that uses all-natural ingredients from Hualien.
Day 3 / Taitung & East Coast
Continue the trip with a beautiful coastal view and visit the exotic Sanxiantai bridge. Enjoy local fresh seafood for lunch and visit Taiwanese monkeys in Donghe. Then stop by Dulan tribe to visit the Dulan Sugar Factory and 'Atolan Style sampling local products before entering Taitung city.
Day 4 / East Rift Valley
We will enjoy the morning to visit the scenic sites in Taitung. Afterward, soak up the green, agricultural vistas in Taitung's East Rift Valley with a bird's eye view and relaxing drive and try Taiwan's finest rice in Chishang and explore the beautiful rice fields by bicycle.
Day 5 / East Rift Valley - Taroko Gorge
Find another natural wonder at Chishang - Dapochih Wetland and absorb the unique topography of the East Rift Valley during the drive to Taroko Gorge. Then we will stop by Guangfu, take an ecological tour of Matai'an wetland, and visit a Japanese colonial-era sugar factory.
Day 6 / Taroko Gorge
You will spend the morning digging into the breathtaking, world-renowned Taroko Gorge. After that, you need to be well-prepared for the exciting advantage of river tracing to experience the various beauty of Taroko Gorge.
Day 7 / Taroko Gorge - Yilan
Start slowly, allowing guests an hour or so after breakfast to enjoy the facilities at the Taroko Silk Place before continuing to explore Taroko Gorge. Afterward, drive along the picturesque Qingshui Cliff, the largest coastal cliff in Taiwan and head back to Northern Taiwan and enjoy the night at your hotel to soak in the hot spring.
Day 8 / Yilan - Taipei
Take in the phytoncides of the fresh forest air on a morning hike at Linmei Shipan Trail to see the special low-altitude forest life. Then, try Yilan's local specialties during lunch. Head to the Kavalan whisky distillery to taste Taiwan's internationally-acclaimed Kavalan whisky before returning to Taipei.
