After picking you up at the dock, we'll bring you to into the strange and magical geological landscapes of the Yehliu Geopark, where your guide will regale you with tales, myths and legends surrounding the curious natural sculptures created by wind and erosion (including the iconic Queen's Head) for which the area is famous. Afterwards, we'll head along the coast, stopping along the way to take in a few very special sights before winding up in the historic town of Danshui. Coveted by colonial powers dating back to the Spanish in 1629, Danshui boasts a wealth of Taiwanese history, spectacular views, and of course, amazing street food. Leaving Danshui, we'll bring you back to your waiting ship along the scenic Northern Taiwan coast.

Cancellation Policy
We will do our best to accommodate individual travelers by placing them on tours with other guests. In the event an individual traveler cannot be so accommodated, guests will be offered an alternative tour of equal value or full refund.
Cancellations are permitted up until 72 hours before departure with a full refund.
Cancellations made 72-24 hours before departure will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable.
In the event of natural disaster, you will be offered an alternative and 15% handling charge will be applied to this event.

Excellent tour with many very interesting places to visit. The tour was made even better by a brilliant highly knowledgeable guide called Ting who spoke very good English. Lunch was lovely as it was cooked for us and there were many different dim sun dishes both savoury and sweet. I booked this tour before I arrived in Taiwan and excellent value.- 1

They did a great job
Claire was absolutely a delight. She was knowledgeable and considerate to our timing and how we wanted to see in Taipei and how long we wanted to stay. She arranged the tour perfectly so that we could visit the chiang Kai-Shek Memorial to seeing the changing of the guards. visited the Longshan temple, Taipei 101 - beef noodle soup was excellent! The restaurant Claire took us to was ready to serve us as Claire always kept informed with the restaurant so they would be ready for our arrival. No wait time at all. Transportation was excellent and efficient. It rained in Taipei during our time in the temple but Claire got umbrellas for each of us and we never got wet at all. This private tour is worth the extra money! You get to see and do what you want going at your own pace which is fabulous. We were even able to see a great view from the restaurant in Taipei 101 as well as visit the high end shops on 5 floors of Taipei 101. It was a informative and pleasant tour which I highly recommend. We loved going through the National Palace Museum at our own pace to see the jade cabbage-breathtaking. There were many tours in the palace but we were able to navigate around them and able to leave when we wanted to leave. There are many tours you can take from the Royal Carribean excursions but I booked this tour through Viator and I believe it cost less than getting on a bus with 50 people and being stuck in the palace for 2 hours even if you didn't want to stay that long. Claire you did an excellent job and it made our time in Taipei enjoyable. I highly recommend you requested Claire as your tour guide for English speaking tourist!!! Great Job Claire!!!
