Great Learning Experience
Our day was an amazing learning experience. We had the privilege of having our guide’s supervisor, Phoebe, join our tour. They were both a wealth of information and answered all of my questions! We enjoyed many different types of sights. Learning the history was my favorite part. I highly recommend this tour! It’s a great way to get an overall view of the culture!

Definitely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for first time Taipei visitors for an intimate and personable tour. Ultimate Tour & Guide
Our tour was appropriately named, the Ultimate Taipei Sightseeing Tour, and Eric Jinn was an excellent guide. We began to worry that a full-day might be too long, but Eric kept the day interesting. He was a wealth of knowledge & answered all of our questions.

Great tour of Taipei!
Our tour guide, Kai, was excellent! He picked me up at my hotel in a new van which was nice to ride in. There were 6 persons in our group which was a good size for each of us to get the attention that we needed. Kai was very friendly and was very knowledgeable as he explained the history of the many sites that we visited. Kai even gave us background information on Taiwan so that we learned a little of the roots of Taiwan. The tour is perfect for those who have a limited time in Taiwan and want to see the most that they can in one day. I definitely recommend this tour to anyone. And if you get Kai as your tour guide, you will be very happy.

All the top spots!
This tour was exactly what we wanted: a full-day tour that covered the big attractions in Taipei. Our excellent guide (Gordon) took us to Chiang Kai-shek memorial, Longshan temple, Beitou hot springs, Taipei 101 for lunch, National Palace Museum, and elsewhere. We were escorted by bus and did a bit of walking. There were about 12 of us on the tour. The dumplings at Taipei 101 were tasty and included. Lots of photography opportunities. Good service. Good driver. Definitely recommend.

Great time in Taipei for a short visit
I just stopped by Taipei for a long trip to USA from Vietnam. i decided to take this tour because I have not been to Taipei before and do not knoe anything about this city. Our tour guide named Summer ( a pretty girl) picked me up at Sheraton at exact time. Then we went out to visit Longshan Temple and other key main places in Taipei such as Chiang kai Shek Memorial, Beitou Thermal Spring, National Palace Museum, Taipei 101, Shilin Night market...Summer was so nice to try to explain us all factors of the city and Taiwan within her knowledge. We really appreciated her professional and enthusiastic character. I highly recommended to everyone on this tour if you cannot find your time to stay long here.

Awesome customer service!
Yes! Victoria was our tour guide and she was very awesome! She was sweet, caring and tries very hard to ensure that we all had a good time throughout the entire trip. I believe we all did have a great time so it was worth it. The only thing I'd recommend to improve is the time management. I know it's hard to manage many people at once and cover all sights. We didn't get to go up to the Building 101's observatory and I was a little disappointed because it's an iconic site. But Victoria had a great personality. She made sure I got back to my hotel by walking with me at last and carried my suitcase for me. I thought that was something that she didn't have to do but she went the extra mile for her customers. That is some awesome customer service! :

A brilliant lay over in Taiwan
We arrived from the USA the night before our tour, very late. We only had 3.5 hours of sleep. Our friends from Taiwan booked this tour for us and to be honest, we didn't want to go because we knew we would be tired. The tour kept us entertained and awake. We met wonderful people who were on the same tour with us from Peru and Australia and became fast friends and connected on Facebook. We loved every stop and we feel like we saw so much. Our driver's English wasn't so good but our tour guy was great! Well worth the money they spent on us!!!

Good Job MyTaiwan Tour and Iris
Many sights to get through, our guide Iris was energetic, insightful, informative, helpful, patient. Although tiring by the end to get in and out to visit sights, it was enjoyable. Highly recommended to see the sights with MyTaiwan tour's professional service. Due to traffic we had to whisk through the National Palace Museum just before closing time, but Iris tried her best and guided us through the more important artifacts which was super. Good Job MyTaiwan Tour and Iris

The tour exceeded my expectations
I enjoyed this tour very much. Our guide, Claire, was informative and knowledgeable and cared about making sure we each had a great experience. She took the time to get to know each person individually and also to introduce people to each other. Water was provided throughout the trip which I also appreciated. We saw so much and I don't think you could see all this in one day on your own, which already makes this tour valuable, but it was even better with the personal attention and insight provided throughout. The tour exceeded my expectations and I'd highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get a sense of Taipei and then explore further after seeing the city on your own later. Sidenote: A number of other people in the group had not noted that the voucher says the tour ends with us being dropped off at Shilin Night Market and weren't sure how to get back to their hotels. Claire did a wonderful job helping everyone find their way back to their hotels, but just an added note to people who go on this tour that this tour doesn't end with a drop off back at your hotel. I came prepared with a screenshot of my map's directions back via MRT which is super simple and inexpensive.

Incredible tour guide Kelly
Our guide was incredible. This was the first tour I had taken and after taking several now, I wish I would have been more thankful at the time. The guide was super friendly and knowledgeable. She made sure we knew how to get home after the tour with a detailed map. Plenty of water on the tour van.

You are the best!
This is the best tour to take in the primary highlights of the city if you have a short time in the area or if you are staying longer and want a good initial overview. Highly recommend this to first time visitors and those that want a refresher. If you are lucky enough to get Billy as your guide then you are in for a treat. He was very informative, personable, and an overall great host. He was genuinely interested in his group and went the extra mile to make sure his guests were well taken care of. One of the best guides I have encountered and I and I've toured all over the world. Ask for Billy and you won and you won't be disappointed!

The heart of Asia
Me and My family we are total 6pax taken this tour last Thursday, Nov 10, 2016. Our guide on that day was Cola. She's kind and helpful spoken quite fluent English with American accent. Overall the itinerary was very helpful to help us first time visitor to Taipei understand about the city with its landmark in just one day. I truly recommended this tour for you who has just short period of time to know Taipei an amazing metropolitan city in the heart of Asia.
