We will do our best to accommodate individual travelers by placing them on tours with other guests. In the event an individual traveler cannot be so accommodated, guests will be offered an alternative tour of equal value or full refund.
Cancellations are permitted up until 72 hours before departure with a full refund.
Cancellations made 72-24 hours before departure will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable.
In the event of natural disaster, you will be offered an alternative and 15% handling charge will be applied to this event.

The best day in My Life
It was my first time in Taiwan and I was totally impressed by the view, food and people in this beautiful country. Our tour guide was also awesome and amazing. Really recommend you to book it!
